I handmake these myself to order, using strong stainless steel jump rings, lobster clasps and crimp ends with (or without) extender chain and drop. 

Lobster Clasp: 12 x 7mm
Crimp ends: approx. 10 x 3.5m
Total length of Chain: approx. 50mm

Quantity: 5 or 25 Sets per pack with chain, or 6 or 30 sets with no chain.

Simply crimp the ends around your cord using pliers!
