Orders are packed using biodegradable cardboard, kraft tape, and tissue paper. Small items come in reusable zip-loc bags. Padded envelopes (60% recycled) are used for smaller orders. Larger orders may include reused bubble wrap. Leave a note if you prefer plastic-free packaging.
🚚 Shipping Info:
Most orders ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Made-to-order items like clasps may take longer.
UK: 2nd Class (2–10 days), 1st Class (1–5 days). Orders over £30 are sent Signed For.
Due to Royal Mail's price increase (April 2025), 2nd Class is the default.
International (Tracked): EU/Europe 5–8 days, US/Canada 5–10 days, elsewhere 10–30 days.
