Shipping & Tracking
I usually ship the day that I receive your order (except for weekends and public holidays ). The only exception may be the clasp findings which I make to order, and understandably take time to make, especially in busy periods.
Due to the Royal Mail 50% price increase on 1st Class Large Letters from 7th April 2025, I am now sending using second class post again. You have the option to use 1st Class as well as other delivery services on checkout
**UK Orders OVER £30 will be sent Signed For**
International Mail: All items are sent Tracked as standard.
Shipping Times
UK: 2 to 10 working days by 2nd Class post
1 to 5 working days by 1st Class Post
EU & Europe: 5 to 8 working days
United States: 5 to 10 working days
Canada: 5 to 10 working days
Elsewhere: 10 to 30 working days
*Please also note that the shipping times are just guidelines and international deliveries can take longer if held up by delays due to the weather, the postal system or customs, over which I have no control*
