I hand make these myself to order, using strong steel jump rings, lobster clasps and solid steel end caps with or without extender chain and drop. 

Lobster Clasp: 12 x 8mm
End Caps: 9 x 4mm
MAXIMUM Internal Cap diameter: 3mm
Length of extender: approx. 50mm
