These beads here are a mix of pink Rhodonite laced with yellow/beige highlights, sometimes called "Haitian Flower" Rhodonite.

Stone Properties:
Rhodonite is a stone of compassion, an emotional balancer that clears away emotional wounds and scars from the past, and that nurtures love. It balances energies, activating the heart chakra to clear feelings of burden.
