Kambaba is a stromatolite, which is a fossilized algae, with greenish or blackish orbs of petrified algae with black ringed green centers. It is found in the South Africa Rift that runs from South Africa to Madagascar.

Kambaba Jasper is a stone of Peace and Tranquility.
Its dark mystic circles and deep green swirls comforts and protects, calms and relaxes, soothing troubled minds and restoring balance to the body and spirit. It is said to expand the ability to focus and to be a remarkable aid in meditation, granting the release of negative thoughts and feelings, especially those that plague consciousness on a continual basis

Where possible, I have chosen the photographs that best represents the stones in colour and texture on my computer. For each shipment I take new photographs, as stones are natural and so vary slightly from batch to batch, so what you see is what you get.

Frequently Asked Questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
I use carboard packaging and kraft paper tape for most orders with padding done by means of tissue paper, which are all environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
Many of my items such as beads and findings are small and easily misplaced, and so are dispatched in small reusable zip-loc type bags so you can keep the items in them, and re-use them at a later date.
Smaller orders are dispatched in padded envelopes (designed for recycling) and which are made with 60% recycled content.
Larger Orders may be padded with plastic bubble wrap in order to protect the contents. This has been recycled from orders that I have personally received preciously.
Please let me know if you do not want any plastic in your packaging when you place an order.
Recycling
Please recycle where possible, and re-purpose all other items accordingly.
Should you want an item recycled, and are not able to do so yourself, then please return the packaging to me at your expense, and I will dispose of it in a recycling centre for you.

I usually ship the day that I receive your order (except for weekends and public holidays ). The only exception may be the clasp findings which I make to order, and understandably take time to make, especially in busy periods.
